Bombay, here I come...
Done. Almost three days after I first donned a shirt, a pair of trousers, a belt, shoes and even a tie after years of rambling about in Pajama Kurtas, I am free of those ridiculous items of clothing. For the next six months, I mean.
Basically, I got a job.
In an Legal Process Outsourcing firm called Pangea3. Funnily enough, I am rather excited about doing patent research. Maybe it will wear out in a few days.
Anyways, the job is in Bombay. Which is a good thing. I'll get to listen to some Hindustani Music after being stuck up in this Carnatic Music hell-hole for four years.
I owe the placement team of IITM a big thank you. I know I troubled them a bit with my anti-Dow stance. But I have felt no animosity on their side. These guys have been under a lot of fire lately, but for some reason I feel that if students are not getting placed as quickly here in IITM as elsewhere, the reason might just be a little more deep-rooted than the inefficiency of one person.
I guess that's it. Man, I hate personal blogging. One never knows how to end the post.
